- If you are based in the UK, shipping is free from £30.
- If you are based in the EU, shipping is free in most of the countries from £50 (£70 otherwise)
- If you are based in USA/Canada, shipping is free from £60
- All other destinations have free shipping from £70

Duties & Taxes

Delivery within the UK, US & European Union
We ship to our customers with duty & taxes paid, if delivery is to these territories you will not be charged any customs fee.

Delivery to any other country
Customers are liable for any duties & taxes incurred once your shipment reaches the destination country.

We accept returns and exchanges for any product if requested up to 14 days after delivery on our return portal.

We do not cover return shipping fees, but if your order is returned in full, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping fees (if there were any).

In case of an exchange, we will ship the new item for free.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty.
