3. Proof of Purchase

4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt, and return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
5. Return Authorisation
Customers must obtain prior authorisation before sending items back.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or refunded.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.
A prepaid label may be provided for convenience, and its cost may be deducted from the refund.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

7. Processing and Confirmation
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within two working days whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds are processed within two additional working days to the original payment method.
If your original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit instead.
Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
8. Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping defects.
This will be determined at our discretion following inspection.
9. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this in your return request via our portal.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
10. Gifts and Promotional Items
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
Items received as gifts can be exchanged for store credit equal to the original purchase value.
11. Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once issued.
Please ensure recipient details are correct at the time of purchase.
12. International Returns
International customers must clearly mark parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Refunds cannot include customs duties, import taxes, or original shipping fees.
Kompsos Limited is not responsible for customs charges applied to returned goods.

13. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in British Pounds (GBP).
Any fluctuations in exchange rates or international banking fees are beyond our control.
