This Shipping Policy describes how Kompsos Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) manages order processing, shipping, delivery, and customs for purchases made through www.kompsos.co.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide, with primary markets in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States.
Deliveries to other countries are available depending on carrier service availability and customs regulations in the destination country.
2. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including Royal Mail, Asendia, Starlinks Global, UPS, and FedEx.
All orders are dispatched from our London facility and include tracking information once shipped.
3. Delivery Options and Estimated Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days after shipment

Expedited Delivery: 3–6 business days after shipment

Second-Day Delivery: 2 business days after shipment

Next-Day Delivery (UK only): Delivered by the end of the next business day if the order is placed by 11:00 AM

International Delivery: 10–30 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs process
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including postal delays, extreme weather, or customs inspections.
Delivery estimates exclude UK public holidays.
4. Dispatch Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after midday (12:00 PM) may be processed the following business day.
To guarantee Next-Day Delivery in the UK, please place your order before 11:00 AM.
5. Free Shipping Thresholds
We provide free standard shipping for orders that meet the following minimum values:

£30 or more – United Kingdom

£50 or more – European Union

£70 or more – Rest of the World
These thresholds may change based on promotions, seasonal offers, or shipping cost fluctuations.
Free shipping does not apply to discounted, bulk, or wholesale orders.
6. Order Handling and Dispatch Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method, order value, and destination.
If applicable, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees will be displayed before payment or collected by the delivery carrier at the time of import.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Customers receive a shipping confirmation email once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.
We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take full responsibility for items lost or damaged during delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kompsos.co with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
10. Customs Duties and International Orders
Kompsos Limited ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to customers in the UK, EU, and, where available, the United States.
This means that all customs duties and import taxes are included in your order price where DDP service is available.
Orders shipped to other regions are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Customers in those regions are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees once the order arrives in their country.
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes for DDU shipments, the package may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier.
If returned, we will deduct the original shipping and return costs from the refund.
If return costs exceed the value of the product, Kompsos Limited reserves the right to abandon the shipment, and no refund will be issued.
Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delivery delays beyond our control.
11. Delivery Restrictions
We ship to most addresses, including P.O. boxes.
However, delivery to P.O. boxes cannot be guaranteed in all regions.
Kompsos Limited reserves the right to decline shipments to locations where delivery is unsafe, restricted, or impractical according to carrier policies.
12. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you promptly and provide a new estimated delivery date.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may choose to cancel it for a full refund.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, or natural events.
13. Pickups
We currently do not offer in-store or curbside pickup options.
All orders are shipped directly from our London facility.
14. Proof of Delivery
All deliveries include tracking and proof of receipt from our carrier partners.
By placing an order, you authorise delivery to the address you provided.
If someone else at that address accepts the delivery, it is considered successfully delivered.
15. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to pay customs fees (for DDU shipments), Kompsos Limited may deduct the associated shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
16. Liability for Delivery Issues
Our responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the delivery is completed as confirmed by our carriers.
If the item is lost or damaged before delivery confirmation, we will provide a replacement or refund according to this policy.
